How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

Can I add multiple manufacturers?

Yes! You can add unlimited manufacturers to your account. Go to Dashboard > Manufacturers to invite or manually add new manufacturing partners.

How does the 7-day trial work?

Your trial starts when you create your account. You'll have full access to all features for 7 days. After the trial, your subscription ($149/month) begins automatically.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export your SKUs, orders, and other data. Contact our support team for assistance with bulk exports.

What file formats are supported for artwork?

We support PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG, and TIFF files. For best results, upload vector formats (PDF, AI, EPS) at print resolution.
